interview and HIPAA authorization
- Depending on your client's health history, medical records may be
requested from his or her medical care provider(s)
- Penn Treaty will then complete the underwriting process
If eligible for coverage:
- A 30-day guaranteed proposal* will be sent to you to review with your
client
- You assist your client in choosing the right plan for him or her
- Complete the full application and suitability forms
