  1. A Registered Nurse will visit your client for a face-to-face health interview and HIPAA authorization
  2. Depending on your client's health history, medical records may be requested from his or her medical care provider(s)
  3. Penn Treaty will then complete the underwriting process

    If eligible for coverage:

  4. A 30-day guaranteed proposal* will be sent to you to review with your client
  5. You assist your client in choosing the right plan for him or her
  6. Complete the full application and suitability forms
  7. Collect the premium
